Your Tasks
- Develop and implement training programs for the sales teams and tailored to the competency levels (e.g. basic / advanced / master), incl. setting-up a certification scheme
- Training planning and training management (local adaptations, number of trainings per country, capacities, quality, pricing, budgeting, etc.)
- Identify and manage strategic alliances and partners (e.g. with external Training providers)
- Continuous improvement of training performance based on feedback while ensuring participant satisfaction through optimization of the program and approach
- Requirement analysis based on the individual competencies and business requirements
- Alignments with business unit, HQ interfaces (e.g. MAN Academy) and across clusters and countries
Your Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business psychology or educational training
- Substantial work experience, ideally in the commercial vehicle sector with training focus, project management and/ or in sales related functions
- Diligent management of complex tasks in an international and cross-functional environment
- Proactive, independent way of working and ability to interact within various teams
- Strong customer focus (external/ internal) and market orientatation
- Can-do mentality and hands-on approach to move things forward
- Interpersonal and intercultural competencies
- Confident working with MS office
- Fluent English is a must
Additional information
As a Training Manager for Sales you are an essential part of the Truck Sales and Product Team in the Sales Area International while acting as a link b/w the Area and our four Clusters (MEALA & CIS / Southern Africa / Greater China / Australasia).
The continuous development of the Sales and Product competencies of the MAN sales force – wholly owned and private – in Area International is your daily driver.
Your place of work is the MAN Dubai office with a direct reporting-line to the Sales and Product Management Area International and a close cooperation with the MEALA/CIS cluster team as well as Dubai Academy.
