Aufgaben

• Erstellung von Monats- und Quartalsabschlüssen nach IFRS
• Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
• Selbstständige Erarbeitung von Bilanzierungskonzepten für geschäftsbezogene Transaktionen und bilanzielle Beurteilung von Verträgen nach IFRS und HGB
• Bearbeitung von bilanziellen Sonderthemen und Mitwirkung im Rahmen von Projekten und Arbeitsgruppen
• Eigenverantwortliche Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsprojekten und Optimierung von Prozessen in der Finanz
• Verantwortungsvolle und selbständige Vorbereitung von Entscheidungs- und Informationsunterlagen für interne Gremien
• Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Fachabteilungen (z.B. Controlling, Steuerabteilung, Produktion, Vertrieb)
• Fachliche:r Ansprechpartner:in für Wirtschaftsprüfer, ausländische Tochtergesellschaften sowie TRATON- und VW-Konzern

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Wirtschaftsprüfung oder Finanzbuchhaltung
• Fundiertes Wissen in der Rechnungslegung gemäß IFRS und HGB
• Sehr gute SAP FI/CO sowie MS Office-Kenntnisse insbesondere MS Excel (wünschenswert wären Grundkenntnisse in Excel Power Query und/oder Excel Power Automate)
• Sehr gutes Projektmanagement und selbständige Arbeitsweise, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
• Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und sehr gutes analytisches Denkvermögen
