Your tasks

Join us in driving the transformation of the commercial vehicle industry into the digital world. As a trainee, you will gain deep insights into various areas of the MAN Truck & Bus company and the TRATON Group in this 15-months program. We are a large group of companies that is active on all continents. That means a lot of interfaces you'll be working with. With your ideas, you will advance our truck program of the future. Together with your mentor, you will design your trainee program individually to fully develop your potential. Demand-oriented training courses and networking events will prepare you for your further success in our company. Your home area "Business Unit MAN Engines" is responsible for the global sales of engines, batteries, and components for on-road, off-road, power, and marine applications. Among other things, we work on partnerships within the TRATON Group as well as with established external major partners and joint ventures.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues from Strategy, Engineering, Finance, Logistics, and Legal. In doing so, you will play a key role in shaping new processes, supporting the implementation of the strategy, and further driving our cooperation business.

Your qualifications

• Excellently completed studies (Master's/Diploma) in International Business Administration, (Industrial) Engineering, or a comparable field.
• You have a wide range of practical experience through industrial internships or working student activities, preferably in the areas Sales, Business Development, Consulting, or Project Management.
• You have strengthened your intercultural competence through at least 3 months of experience abroad.
• You are characterized by your independent, creative and committed way of working.
• As a team player, you have a high level of motivation and willingness to learn for personal development in an international working environment.
• You are enthusiastic about innovations and future trends in the commercial vehicle industry.
• Fluent language skills in German and English round off your profile.
