Your Responsibility

• You lead a team that develops a platform that allows the efficient development, test and deployment of remote access and control functions for our vehicles
• Define and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives and long-term goals
• Own and manage the product roadmap, ensuring it reflects business priorities, market needs, and technical feasibility
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and development teams to gather and translate business needs into actionable product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications
• Balance business objectives with technical constraints, ensuring clear alignment across teams and consistent delivery of value
• Translate high-level business objectives into detailed, actionable user stories and technical specifications
• Ensure technical leadership and guidance are available to the development teams 
• Maintain a prioritized and well-groomed backlog, adapting it as business priorities evolve
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to technical dependencies, system integration, and platform scalability
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing product performance, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements in collaboration with relevant teams
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the product remains competitive

Your Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level); good German skills (minimum B2 level)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with a pragmatic mindset and creativity
• Self-motivated and proactive—you take initiative, follow through on open topics, and drive progress without waiting for direction
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile development environment
• Confident communicator with the ability to present complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools commonly used in software development and innovation (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, and other Agile collaboration tools
• Solid understanding of software development principles, system architecture, and the software delivery lifecycle—including topics like APIs, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud infrastructure
• Familiarity with software development metrics and their use in product performance evaluation and continuous improvement
• Demonstrated experience bringing digital products from concept to market in an international context—ideally in the automotive connectivity or mobility space
• A strong Agile and DevOps mindset, emphasizing collaboration, automation, and iterative delivery
• Experience with the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a plus
