We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Operations Specialist to operate and further develop vehicle cybersecurity lifecycle processes across MAN and TRATON-related architectures. The role covers Asset Management, Vulnerability Management, VSOC interfaces, End-of-Service management, release security checkpoints and CSMS evidence, supporting compliance with UNECE R155/R156, ISO/SAE 21434 and internal CSMS processes.

 

Your tasks

 

  • Ensure cybersecurity-relevant components are identified, ownership is clear, and SBOM/HBOM availability and quality support vulnerability analysis and release decisions

  • Manage vulnerability identification, prioritization, analysis, supplier input and Evidence of Managed Vulnerabilities for vehicle software and hardware

  • Support operational interfaces to VSOC, incident management, monitoring and EoS activities

  • Anchor cybersecurity deliverables in the series release process, including Security Q-Gates, release-status transparency and CSMS evidence

  • Create governance-ready KPIs, reporting, escalation paths and process documentation

 

Your qualifications

 

  • Several years of experience in automotive cybersecurity, embedded systems security, product security operations or vulnerability management

  • Strong knowledge of UNECE R155/R156, ISO/SAE 21434 and CSMS lifecycle obligations

  • Practical experience with SBOM/HBOM, vulnerability scanning, triage, evidence documentation and supplier cybersecurity interfaces

  • Understanding of vehicle E/E architectures, ECUs, HPCs, software releases and post-production cybersecurity operations

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with engineering, suppliers, governance, homologation and VSOC stakeholders
