Your Tasks
Technical and Professional Support:
- Prepare, document, and follow up on technical meetings and reviews
- Create presentations, reports, and technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders
- Support coordination of development projects in the field of electrical systems, electronics, and software
- Maintain technical databases, bill of materials, and project overviews
- Assist in testing, validation, and release processes
Administrative Tasks:
- Organize department meetings, workshops, and events
- Support budget planning, resource management, and project controlling
- Maintain department documentation and internal communication platforms
Communication & Interface Management:
- Coordinate and communicate with internal departments and external partners
- Support the preparation of status reports and decision-making documents
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and special projects
Your Qualifications
- Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Development, Artificial Intelligence, or related technical field
- Understanding of electrical systems, electronics, software development
- Familiarity with E/E architectures
- Experience with testing, validation, and release processes
- Proficiency in coordination tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
- Skills in technical documentation and presentation (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Experience in budget planning and resource management
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management
- Fluent in English (German/Swedish is a plus)
