Deine Aufgaben:
- Du gestaltest die digitale Zukunft des MAN Archivs und machst historisches Unternehmenswissen nachhaltig nutzbar.
- Du digitalisierst historisches Dokumente, Fotos, Verträge, Zeichnungen und technische Unterlagen und sorgst für deren strukturierte Ablage.
- Du entwickelst intelligente Kategorisierungs- und Suchkonzepte, damit Informationen schnell auffindbar werden.
- Du unterstützt beim Aufbau einer modernen digitalen Wissensplattform für historische Unternehmensdaten.
- Du führst Qualitätsprüfungen durch und stellst eine hohe Datenqualität sicher.
- Du analysierst bestehende Archivierungsprozesse und bringst Verbesserungsvorschläge zur weiteren Digitalisierung ein.
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich an spannenden Aufgaben mit direktem Mehrwert für die Unternehmenshistorie von MAN.
- Du erhältst Einblicke in historische Entwicklung, Produkte und Meilensteine eines international führenden Nutzfahrzeugherstellers.
Deine Qualifikation:
- Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Informatik oder vergleichbar
- Interesse an Digitalisierung von Dokumenten
- Interesse an Prozessentwicklung und Organisationsentwicklung
- Strukturierte und analytische Denkweise sowie Spaß an komplexen Fragestellungen
- Sicherer Umgang mit PowerPoint und Excel (z. B. Aufbereitung von Ergebnissen)
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
- Eigenständige, zuverlässige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrungen durch Praktika oder Werkstudententätigkeiten
