As the "IT Strategy & Business Development" department, we work closely with our CIO. Our topics range from IT strategy and governance to project portfolio management and skill development to communication and artificial intelligence.

You will support the community management of the MAN Data Analytics & AI Community and actively contribute to raising awareness around artificial intelligence. You’ll bring in creative ideas, research current trends, and prepare content tailored to specific audiences.

Your Responsibilities

• Community Management: Support the development and moderation of the internal Data Analytics & AI Community.
• AI Communication & Awareness: Develop and implement communication initiatives to promote understanding and adoption of AI within the company.
• Learning Nuggets & Prompts: Create short, interactive learning content (e.g., on prompt engineering, AI tools, use cases) for various target groups.
• Content Creation: Design text, image, and video content for internal communication channels – ideally using AI tools.
• Trend & Tool Research: Identify relevant developments in the field of AI and prepare them in a target-group-oriented way.

Your Qualifications

• You are enrolled as a full-time student in Business Informatics, Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study for the entire duration of your employment.
• You are interested in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and change management, and have hands-on experience with AI tools such as Copilot.
• You bring creativity and a strong sense for target group-oriented content.
• You work in a structured, independent manner and enjoy collaborating in a team.
• You have good communication skills in both German and English.
