Your tasks
 

• Assist in creating and improving training materials for our customers (presentations, guides, e-learning content).

• Support internal and external communication by preparing updates and newsletters.

• Help organize workshops.

• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• Work with digital tools to enhance collaboration and efficiency.

Your qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time university program (Business, Communication, IT Management, or related fields). Please attach your certificate of enrollment.

• Interest in digital collaboration tools and agile working methods.

• Strong communication and organizational skills (fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus).

• Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Mural, Teams), with a willingness to learn new tools.

• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
