Ihre Aufgaben

Der Bereich Unternehmensstrategie ist dem nachhaltigen Unternehmenserfolg verpflichtet und richtet die MAN Truck & Bus SE auf zukünftige Entwicklungen aus. Vor diesem Hintergrund unterstützt der/die Praktikant/-in interdisziplinäre Projekte zur Erarbeitung und nachhaltigen Umsetzung der Unternehmensstrategie / -transformation. Die Projekte finden bereichsübergreifend innerhalb der MAN statt und/oder im TRATON/VW-Kontext.

Ihre wesentlichen Aufgaben beinhalten:

• Unterstützung bei der Konkretisierung und Implementierung der Unternehmensstrategie der MAN
• Aktive Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären und fachbereichsübergreifenden Strategieprojekten, sowie selbstständige Durchführung kleiner Teilprojekte
• Eigenständige Durchführung von Wettbewerbsanalysen und Konzepterstellung zu strategischen Fragestellungen
• Vorbereitung von Workshops und Präsentationen auf Vorstands- und Top Management-Ebene

Ihre Qualifikationen

• Sie zeigen Begeisterungsfähigkeit für strategische Fragestellungen und sind bereit von Beginn an Verantwortung zu übernehmen
• Sie studieren im Bereich BWL, VWL oder (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesen
• Sie haben sehr gute akademische Leistungen Sie zeichnen sich durch eine hohe Eigeninitiative und Selbstständigkeit aus, sowie durch ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
• Sie besitzen sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office, insbes. PowerPoint und Excel
