Your field of activity

You will support the Controlling team of MAN Truck & Bus in optimizing reporting processes and driving automation initiatives. The focus lies on improving efficiency in financial reporting using modern digital tools and AI-supported approaches.

Your tasks

• Support optimization and automation of financial reports (Excel, Power BI)

• Assist in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)

• Improve data flows and reduce manual work in reporting processes

• Support KPI tracking and data preparation

• Contribute to ad-hoc analyses and digital transformation initiatives

• Use AI tools (prompt-based) to solve problems and accelerate development

Your qualifications

• Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or similar

• Good knowledge of Excel; basic understanding of Power BI / Power Platform is a plus

• Interest in automation, digital tools, and process optimization

• Ability to learn new topics using AI tools and structured problem-solving

• Analytical mindset and attention to detail

• Good communication skills in English (German is a plus)
